We accept refund requests only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the damage or defect. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund.

 

Refunds are not offered for undamaged products or for issues such as change of mind, color preference, or size once the product has been printed and shipped.
